CONSOLATION: There is a mandatory sign-in on the second day of each tournament for players players that lose their first match. Matches are one set to 6 games. Consolation winners in each draw will receive an engraved medal. Players must sign-in in person, no coaches, no parents. Mandatory Sign-In times for Consolation are as follows:

Single elimination with no pre-determined limit to the size of the draw. If draw size requires, semis and finals may be played on a third day.

RAIN DELAY:
In case of rain delay match format may be modified for unstarted matches to sets starting at 2-2, no Ad scoring until the tournament is back on schedule.

DEFAULTS: We have a 30 minute grace period due to the fact that players are new to the area and are back and forth between Eddie Herr, Orange Bowl, Casely International. Players arriving late will be penalized as follows: 15 minutes late down 3-0 and the toss and defaulted after 30 minutes. 

CONCESSION STAND: A full service concession stand will be in operation from 7:30am-9pm daily serving a variety of sandwiches, chips, gatorade, refreshments, pastries, and coffee.

TRAINING/WARM-UP/BOARDING:
You may reserve training online or at the site. There will be two daily group training sessions at 9:00am-10:00am and 10:00am-11:00am. Players who do the training session will be scheduled to play their tournament matches no earlier than 12pm.  The player coach ratio will be a maximum of 4 players to 1 coach. Training will consist on drills focusing on movement and accuracy. Miami Group Training will begin on Sunday December 5th, and the last day will be Monday December 20th. Individual training can be schedule at any times and days that coaches are available both in Miami and Bradenton. We also offer a 2 week boarding package.
