REGISTRATION: On our website till 6pm or at the site from 2-6pm the day before each tournament. Onsite Registration: Longwood Athletic Club (LAC) for Brandenton tournaments, and Miami Dade College (MDC) for Miami tournaments. The registration fee is $50 per championship onsite (cash only) or $55 on our website using Visa, MC, Amex, or Discover.
In order to make it a great experience the number of players for each tournament will be limited to 225. In 2009 we had several tournaments with over 250 player which means you should register early to make sure you are able to get in the tournament.

Acceptance is on a first come first served basis and acceptance priority will be given to players that have pre-registered (prior to sign-in day) in the case where the draw is full.

MATCH TIMES:
Match times will be posted online on this website on our Draws page and at the site by
9:30pm the day before each event.  We do not give out starting times over the phone.

FORMAT:                                                                                                        
Main draw matches are 2 out of 3 regular sets with a 10 point Super Tie Break for 3rd set.  

• 16 player draws (There may be several 16 player draws in each division)
• A champion is declared for each 16 player draw
• The Champion and Finalist in each draw receive a trophy 

CONSOLATION: 
There is a mandatory sign-in on the second day of each tournament for players players that lost their first match and would like to play consolation. Matches are one set to 6 games. Consolation winners in each draw will receive an engraved medal. Players must sign-in in person, no coaches, no parents. Mandatory Sign-In times for Consolation are as follows:

DEFAULTS:
We have a 30 minute grace period due to the fact that players are new to the area and are back and forth between Orange Bowl, Prince Cup, and Casely international. Players arriving late will bepenalized as follows: 15 minutes late down 3-0 and the toss and defaulted after 30 minutes. 

GROUP & INDIVIDUAL TRAINING:
There will be two daily group training sessions at 9:00am-10:00am and 10:00am-11:00am.
Players who do the training session will be scheduled to play their tournament matches no earlier than 12pm.  The player coach ration will be a maximum of 4 players to 1 coach. Training will consist on drills focusing on movement and accuracy. Training will begin on Monday 6th and the last day will be Monday December 20th. Training will be at the Kendall Hotel & Suites, which is the official hotel. Group Training 9:00am-10:00am & 10:00-11:00am: $50 per (1) session  $200 per (5) sessions
Individual (1 hour): $125 per (1) session   $550 per (5) sessions   $1000 per (10) sessions

A full service concession stand will be in operation from 7:30am-9pm daily serving a variety
